Danfoss Digital and IT Service Excellence is looking for a Program Management Office Intern to join our Program Management Office in Nordborg, Denmark.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As part of our **Program Management Office (PMO),** you will work closely with our Service Excellence team, supporting a wide range of operational and communication activities.

In this role, you will:

+ Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to drive project success.
+ Develop a deep understanding of release methodologies, plans, processes, and related tools.
+ Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, contributing to the design, optimization, and maintenance of digital solutions that enhance process efficiency.
+ Support ad-hoc research tasks and participate in special projects.

**What We're Looking For**

+ You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field including, but not limited to IT, Business Administration, or Engineering.
+ You are available to work full-time for 4–6 months, preferably on-site in Nordborg, Denmark.
+ You possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), with knowledge of Microsoft Azure considered an advantage.
+ You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
+ You are a team-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively with others.
+ You bring a positive, proactive mindset to your work.
+ You are results-driven, motivated, and self-starting, capable of independently managing tasks while maintaining focus on deadlines and attention to detail
